Test Procedure: Written test, practical test, interview, medical examination.
Disqualification: Convicted by any court of law or dismissed/convicted from military, civil armed forces, or any government job on medical or disciplinary grounds.
Required Documents: Educational certificates, domicile certificate, National Identity Card or Form 'B', experience certificate from an institution, four attested passport-size photographs. Children of GB Scouts martyrs and retired personnel must attach their father's discharge certificate or pension book showing their relationship.
Note:
- Only candidates with the required education, experience, and age are eligible to apply.
- In-service candidates can apply through their department and must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department with the application.
- Applications along with CV and necessary certificates/documents/photographs must be sent within 15 days of the advertisement publication to the Senior Commandant at the address below.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- A candidate can apply for only one of the above posts at a time.
- It is essential to reach the given time and location for the test/interview. Candidates arriving after the fixed date will not be included in the test.
- Must bring original educational certificates, domicile, and National Identity Card or Form 'B'. Without these, no candidate will be allowed to appear in the test.
- Use of mobile phones is prohibited. No candidate will be allowed entry into the test or interview with a mobile phone.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test or interview.
- No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given to the candidates.
- The final selection will be the institution's final decision, and no interference will be entertained at any level.
