PROJECT MANAGER
GEHF requires the services of an experienced, policy dynamic, high caliber and result oriented professional to work as Project Manager, who can undertake the challenging assignment effectively and efficiently.
JOB PROFILE & REPORTING
- Planning and developing the project idea.
- Project BOQs and Procurement process.
- Developing and leading the team.
- Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise.
- Managing financial resources.
- Ensure Satisfaction with Stakeholders.
- Performance evaluation of the project.
- He will be reporting to CEO GEHF & BOD GEHF.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
The fit & proper candidate must have Qualification and relevant experience:
- Graduate Civil Engineer/ City and Regional Planning (CRP) Engineer registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Candidate having work experience in housing society/housing scheme will be preferred/given special attention.
REMUNERATION, AGE & TENURE
- Candidate will be offered market based package commensurate with the qualification and experience.
- Maximum 50 years age as on the last date of submission of application.
- The initial contract period will be 01 year (first 06 months of probation), further extendable on satisfactory performance to be evaluated & decided by BOD GEHF.
