How to Apply?
Number of Posts: Four, one for each of the following sectors:
Education and Health Sector
Agriculture (including Fisheries and Livestock, Mines and Minerals, Excise & Taxation, and Food Sectors)
Social Sector (including Poverty Alleviation and Welfare Sectors)
Corporate Governance Sector (Corporate Bodies, Autonomous Bodies of the Government of Balochistan, and grant-seeking entities from the Government of Balochistan)
Pay Package: Competitive, commensurate with qualification and experience.
Nature and Period of Employment: Contractual for 12 months, extendable by another 12 months based on performance.
Qualification and Experience:
Professional qualification from a recognized accounting body (ICAP, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA) with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with experience in budget, cash management, financial strategy, and regulatory matters, preferably in the public sector.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, public finance management, and public policy/program management.
In-depth knowledge of zero-based budgeting principles.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience with budgeting software and financial modeling tools.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Domicile: Merit (National Basis).
