2 The candidate must be a Pashtun resident of Jammu and Kashmir state first class.

3 The candidate should be a permanent resident of Azad Jammu and Kashmir or a migrant residing in Pakistan or a migrant who arrived in the year 1989.

-4- The age limit of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.

7- Candidates must have the prescribed educational qualification and experience etc. of the posts.

The candidate must be of good conduct and must attach a certificate in this regard as per the rules.
