Terms and Conditions:

1. The qualifications and experience for the said posts must be in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Pakistan Bar Council, and the relevant accreditation bodies. These can be viewed on the HEC/PEC website.
2. After filling out the application online on the Urdu University website www.fuuast.edu.pk, print it and submit it to the Registrar's office. A complete CV, copies of relevant documents, degrees, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates (attested by relevant institutions), and 2 recent passport-size photographs must be attached with the application form.
3. Employees of government, semi-government, and autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channel (departmental permission).
4. Only eligible candidates will be called for an interview; no TA/DA will be given in this regard.
5. A non-refundable pay order of 5000 rupees in the name of "Registrar Federal Urdu University" must be attached with the application.
6. The advertisement for faculty positions for the year 2022 is hereby canceled. Federal Urdu University employees who applied in 2022 are exempt from submitting a pay order. Such candidates should only attach a copy of the pay order submitted in 2022 with their application.
7. Probation rules will apply to permanent employees of this university, while external candidates will be appointed under the CPF policy.
8. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel any, some, or all vacancies. No candidate shall have the right to take any legal action in this regard.
9. The university may increase or decrease the number of available vacancies. The decision of the selection board will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
10. For internal candidates, performance reports for the last 5 years will be required.
