PositionProject Director (BS-20)

- Project: Benevolent Fund Tower, Blue Area
- Contract Duration: Two years (extendable)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Upper Age Limit: 60 years
- Quota: Merit-based
- Pay Package: Fixed salary as per market standards, commensurate with qualification and experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized foreign or local university in the first division.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction of high-rise projects (7 stories or above, as per Pakistani building codes).
- Sound knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
- Professional Engineer degree recognized by PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council).
- Degree in Project Management or Engineering Management and knowledge of Primavera is an advantage.
