Fazaia Degree College Faisal at PAF Base Faisal invites applications for the positions of Vice Principal and Cambridge Coordinator from energetic, competent, and well-qualified candidates seeking a career in an inspiring work environment.
Eligibility:
- Male/Female, medically fit, not older than 50 years.
- Well-versed in communication, administrative, and management skills.
Qualification for Vice Principal:

For Retired Officers from Armed Forces
|
For Civilians
|
|
MA/MSc/MS with M.Ed. and a minimum of 15 years of Commissioned service (preferably retired officers from the Education Branch)
|
MA/MSc/MS with M.Ed. The candidates must have at least 15 years of teaching and administrative experience at the College/Secondary or Primary School level.

Qualification for Cambridge Coordinator:
- MA/MSc/MS with M.Ed. The candidates must have at least 15 years of teaching and administrative experience at the CAIE level.
Ineligibility:
- Candidates removed/dismissed prematurely from any position in a Government or Non-government institution.
- Candidates removed from any Fazaia institution due to any allegation/discipline issue.
- Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, and criminal offenses. Applicants must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution.
Pay/Perks:
- Selected candidates will be offered an attractive pay package.
Note:
- Employment is contract-based and annually renewable based on performance.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
