Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
|
Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / MBA Finance M.Com (from HEC recognized university) <br> 1. Minimum 10 to 15 Years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Strategic Planning <br> 2. At least 5 to 7 Years in a Senior Leadership Role (CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, etc.) within the Real Estate, Housing Schemes, or Construction Sector <br> 3. Proven Experience in Corporate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, Taxation and risk management <br> 4. Expert in dealing with regulatory bodies like FBR, SECP, RDA, CDA, LDA, and other development authorities <br> 5. Expert in oversighting of internal controls, ERP-based financial systems, and tax planning. <br> 6. In-depth knowledge of real estate development cycles, project costing, and cash flow management
