Prospective bidders may request clarification on any aspect of the bidding documents 'till 15th of July, 2023. A pre-bid meeting will be held at EXIM Bank's office/online on 17th of July, 2023, by 11:00

- 3. Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must reach the undersigned at the mentioned address, on or before 26th of July, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. In case the day of bid submission and bid opening falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
