How to Apply?
- Brief Job Description
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs. Oversee preventive maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural components. Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing. Oversee outsourced staff arrangements. Supervise supply, monitor inventory, and execute cost improvement measures. Execute any other tasks assigned by the line management.
- Qualification
- Bachelor's or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field from a leading local or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 (two) years of relevant experience in facilities management with at least 2 (two) years of experience in a supervisory role.
