Diploma/B-Tech (Honours) in relevant discipline
- Minimum 08 years experience preferably in a housing society- Strong technical knowledge & problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Engineering related software & its operations- Ability to work independently & in a team
- Assist in the planning, execution and supervision of civil/electrical projects- Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards- Prepare reports, estimates and technical documentation- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers & stakeholders for smooth execution of project and maintenance works
Sub Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)
Diploma/B-Tech (Honours) in relevant discipline
- Minimum 08 years experience preferably in a housing society- Strong technical knowledge & problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Engineering related software & its operations- Ability to work independently & in a team

- Preference to Urdu/English Typing/PowerPoint/Excel etc- Highly skilled with vast experience of office work for Transfer & Record of Housing Societies
Security Supervisor & Guards
Matric
- Retd JCO/NCO/Defense Forces
- Maximum age up to 55 years
