(1) Aspirants can download the application form from EPR website www.epr.org.pk/career and submit it by post or online. (ii) Candidates along with the application form should deposit Rs.4301 (deposit slip or online) as application fee (non-refundable) and attach the proof of the same in the application form as per the given procedure.

(iii) Candidate selection will be purely on the basis of screening test interview on merit. Which will be notified by post and email and SMS. No travel expenses (TAIDA) will be given to the candidates appearing for the test/interview.

iv) The duty of the selected candidate will be started after completing the recruitment process within 45 days after the last date of advertisement publication. Work to all selected candidates

First necessary practical training and orientation will be provided, later candidates will perform duties in their respective district.

(7) Selected candidates will have initial 3 months contract as probation. Payment of compensation during this period will be based on performance. Period of 3 months of satisfactory performance

On demonstration, the organization will provide fixed basic salary, allowances and office card etc. to the candidate by making a permanent contract.
