How to Apply?

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: -
1. All the candidates who fulfill the minimum qualification, experience and age requirements will be provisionally allowed to appear in the test(s).
2. No TA/DAwill be admissible to appear in test.
3. The candidate working in public sector departments/organizations are required to produce NOC from their department at the time of interview.
4. No person shall be appointed against any position in DRAP if he or she has any financial or professional conflict of interest in terms of Section 18 of DRAP Act, 2012.
5. No person shall be appointed as Director if he or she has immediate family members (Parent, child, sibling or spouse) as senior officials or owners of concerns dealing in therapeutic goods in terms of Section 18 of DRAP Act, 2012.
6. Maximum age shall be calculated from the closing date of applications. General age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the maximum age limit in Column 5. In addition to the given maximum age limit, relaxation in the upper age limit shall be admissible as per policy of Federal Government in this regard.
7. Pay, allowances and terms and conditions of service shall be governed under the DRAP Employees Service Regulations, 2015 (as amended) which are available on the official website of DRAP (www.dra.gov.pk).
8. The Authority has the right to withdraw any or all of these posts at any stage during the course of recruitment process without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
9. Mere submission of application and qualification in initial screening test does not establish any right of candidate for appointment against any position in DRAP
10. Verification of character and academic antecedents of selected candidates will be conducted. In case of any bogus/ false information, criminal record, selection shall stand withdrawn/ cancelled immediately and the candidates shall be discharged/ dismissed from service (if so, found after employment) and legal proceedings will also be initiated against him/her.
11. At the time of final selection, candidates will have to go through complete medical examination for medical fitness by the medical board of the Federal Government, as may be referred by DRAP
12. The closing date for submission of applications for all posts is November 11th 2024. Candidates must ensure online submission of applications on HEC ETC portal and pay the required fee on or before the said date. No extension shall be given after this date in any circumstances.
HOW TO REGISTER:

✓ In case of any difficulty during the online registration, please visit onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk or visit HEC Secretariat or contact HEC regional offices for guidance.
✓ Application submission comprises of two steps: profile completion using "My Profile" section and application submission using "Test Name" link on menu panel in left hand side bar of online portal.
✓ Only SUBMITTED applications will be considered for the Test and applications in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will not be entertained.
HOW TO PAY TEST FEE:
✓ Test Fee is to be deposited via 1Link 1Bill Invoice participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Jazz Cash/U paisa. ✓Once you have selected 1 link 1bill Invoice payment service. Open/sign into your mobile app and click on Bill payment or payment services (as per your mobile banking app options).
✓Click on 1Bill Invoice payment services and enter the consumer number generated by the ETC portal. Once you see the details, pay the amount.
✓ After depositing the fee through 1 link 1Bill Invoice, click on Verify Online Payment on ETC Dashboard.
✓The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
✓ The candidates must get queries/complaints resolved before the closure of the web registration portal. Queries/complaints handling beyond the registration deadline is denied by the system due to logistics/security reasons.
Note: It is Mandatory to bring roll number slip along with Original CNIC/Original Passport otherwise candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam.
