- Candidates must be a resident of the Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir and have a domicile of Kotli District.
- A simple application form must include complete particulars along with two verified passport-size photographs, a copy of the ID card, a copy of the state residency certificate, a copy of the domicile certificate, and copies of educational documents.
