Note:
- The upper age limit will be counted up to the last date of submission of applications and age relaxation will be as per the prevailing law and rules. Applications can be submitted within 30 days of the advertisement of these posts during office hours.
- Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
- Applications must be accompanied by two passport-size photographs, attested copies of national identity card, educational certificates, domicile certificate, and character certificate from two respectable citizens who are not relatives of the applicant and are well-acquainted with their morals and habits.
- All appointments will be on a temporary basis.

- No TA-DA will be given to candidates appearing for the test or interview.

- The competent authority (District and Sessions Judge, Orakzai) reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel the advertisement or increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per government policy.
- Higher education and experience will be preferred.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- The quota for disabled persons is 2% and for minorities is 5%, but where their quota is not applicable, disabled persons, minorities, and women can apply on merit quota.
- For the minority quota, applicants with domicile from the districts attached to the Kohat division and Orakzai will be given preference.
- The date and time of the test and interview will be determined through a separate advertisement/notice and will also be published on the website of the District Courts Orakzai.
