Terms and Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
- All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, candidates will have to print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Screening of candidates will be based on a test prescribed and conducted by ETEA.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date for receipt of applications.
- Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
- All such information will be displayed on the Notice Board of the DHO Orakzai.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
- Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channels. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with assigning reason or if any changes are made in Service Rules/APT rules, the committee will follow the Government rules strictly.
- The verification fee for each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate; in case of fake misinformation/documents being found, their appointment order will be canceled automatically.
- 10% quota will be reserved for Female candidates, 2% quota will be reserved for disabled candidates, & 0.5% quota will be reserved for minorities candidates.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
