According to the approval letter from the Director General Health Services Punjab, Lahore, applications are invited from suitable candidates for recruitment against 25 positions of Vaccinator on a purely temporary/contingent paid basis for a period of 89 days. These appointments are aimed at improving expanded immunization program coverage and conducting field duties.

• F.Sc (Secondary Division) from a recognized board with a valid Vaccinator Diploma from a recognized institute / SIS Qualification.
OR
• Matric (Secondary Division) Science from a recognized board with a 2-year Diploma (Vaccinator / LHV) from a recognized institute / SIS Qualification.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant field experience and computer skills. |

Terms and Conditions
- This recruitment is purely temporary/contingent in nature. Candidates will have no right to claim permanent regularization or extension based on this contract.
- The recruitment period is strictly for 89 days and will automatically terminate upon completion. The number of advertised posts can be increased or decreased without prior notice.
- Monthly salaries will be paid in accordance with the daily wage rates issued by the Government of Punjab. Deductions will be made for any absences.
- Candidates must be residents/domiciled in the Rawalpindi District. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere within the Rawalpindi District based on requirement. Performance will be monitored online via EMR and field data; poor performance will lead to immediate termination.
- The upper age limit includes a general age relaxation of 5 years for males and 8 years for females as per government policy. The age will be calculated from the last date of application submission.
- No TA/DA (travel/daily allowance) will be provided for tests or interviews.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- Regular employees of government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel.
- Candidates holding the above qualifications must submit their applications on plain paper along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, 2 passport-size photographs, and a valid Vaccinator/LHV diploma. Applications must be sent to the EPI Office, Office of the District Health Officer (HRM & MIS), District Health Authority, Khyaban-e-Sir Syed, Rawalpindi by August 08, 2026. Applications received after office hours on August 08, 2026, will not be entertained.
