Position

•  Contingent Paid Skilled Staff (Entomologist)
• Number of Positions: 52 (both male and female)
• Qualification/Eligibility:
  • MSc Agriculture (Entomology)
  • BS (Honors) Agriculture (Entomology) 2nd Division from a HEC-recognized institution.
  • If candidates with the above qualifications are not available, candidates with MSc/BS (Honors) in Biology, Zoology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Environmental Health, Agriculture (Entomology), or Medical Technology with a 2nd division from a HEC-recognized institution may be considered.
• Age Limit: 25-35 years (as of the last date for application submission)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Selected staff can be assigned duties in any union council/tehsil of Rawalpindi district.
2. Preference will be given to applicants who have worked in dengue programs and demonstrated good performance.
3. Applicants must be proficient in using Android mobile phones and possess their own Android device.
4. Salary will be as per government rules and regulations. Other terms will be as per government rules and will be specified in the appointment order. The position is non-transferable, and daily/monthly wages will be based on performance.
5. The recruitment is purely temporary on a Contingent Paid basis. Services can be terminated immediately without notice in case of absence or poor performance.
6. Preference will be given to residents of Rawalpindi district. In case of non-availability, candidates from other districts of Punjab may be recruited on merit.
7. Eligible candidates should submit attested copies of educational documents, detailed marks certificates, experience certificates, domicile, computerized national identity card, and other documents to the Dengue Cell, District Health Authority, Health and Population Department, Sector B, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi immediately after the publication of the advertisement during office hours.
8. The recruitment process may be postponed or canceled by the competent authority.

10. The last date for submission of applications is April 14, 2025, by 5:00 PM. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
