Terms & Conditions
- Application forms can be obtained from this office or downloaded from the District Judiciary Mansehra website so that each application can be written and submitted in the same format. However, candidates can also prepare and submit their own prescribed forms. Applications other than the prescribed form will not be processed. Also, a character certificate from two respectable persons who are not relatives must be attached with the application. Applications can also be submitted online, in which case all documents must be scanned and attached, and certified copies of the said certificates must be submitted to this office.
- (2) The applicant must be a permanent resident of District Mansehra (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) and possess a domicile certificate. Every applicant must write their contact number on their application.
- (3) The application must be accompanied by attested copies of relevant certificates, educational documents, and CNIC, as well as a character certificate issued by the last educational institution. Original documents must be brought at the time of test/interview. Otherwise, candidates will not be eligible to appear for the test/interview.
- (4) Considering the number of candidates, if it is deemed appropriate to select another location for the test/interview, candidates will be informed through a notice posted on the court's notice board, the court's website, and Facebook.
- (5) Test and interview will be taken from successful candidates.
