Terms and Conditions: (1) Male or female applicant must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong.

(2) Relaxation in the upper age limit may be sought as per prevailing law through a separate application form in the name of the authorized officer.

(3) Domicile, attested copy of ID card, educational certificate, one recent passport size photograph and one character certificate issued by a respected government officer (17-BPS) must be attached with the application. Candidates should also enter their contact phone numbers so that their messages can be accessed easily.

(4) Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be considered rejected.

(5) Submit or send applications in original or by post to the office of the “Office of the Superintendent, District Courts, Hangu”. (

6) Quota for disabled persons, minority, women and children of retired government employees shall be as per government rules.

(7) Alloted quota candidates mention the quota in the title of the application and attach the relevant documentary evidence.

(8) Government employees should approach departmental mediation (Through Proper Channel). (9) After the due date, the applications will be scrutinized and the final list of eligible candidates will be posted on the notice board of the Courts and Courts. .

(10) All appointments shall be made purely on the basis of merit as per the prescribed rules.

(11) The competent authority reserves the right to make or cancel any or all posts.

(12) The number of posts may vary.

(13) No TA-DA will be given to candidates appearing for test and interview.
