Intermediate degree from a recognized institution with shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typing speed of 50 words per minute, complete proficiency in MS Office.

Conditions:
- Applications must be submitted to the office of the District and Sessions Judge Killa Saifullah by September 29, 2025.
- The candidate must be a resident/domiciled in District Killa Saifullah.
- The candidate's age should be between 18 and 30 years as of September 20, 2025.
- Applications must be accompanied by attested copies of the National Identity Card, domicile, and fresh photographs, along with attested copies of all educational certificates and other relevant documents/qualifications.
- Government employees should submit their applications through the proper channel and their upper age limit is 35 years.
- A written test for shorthand candidates will be conducted on October 01, 2025, at Quetta Medical Complex Killa Saifullah under strict supervision. Successful candidates will then undergo a typing test and interview.
- Successful candidates must present their original documents at the time of the test and interview.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- The department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
- Successful candidates may be posted in any court within District Killa Saifullah.
- Candidates will not be given any TA/DA.
