Applications are invited from candidates holding local/domicile certificates of Balochistan to fill the following purely temporary positions (with no chance of becoming permanent) in the Directorate of Archives, Government of Balochistan.

Terms and Conditions

All appointments will be made according to the prevailing policy of the Government of Balochistan.

Candidates must submit their applications along with 2 passport-sized photographs and a copy of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) addressed to the Directorate of Archives, Balochistan, Nuri Naseer Khan Cultural Complex, Archives Road, Quetta, during office hours by August 25, 2026.

Government servants must route their applications through their respective departments according to the prescribed procedure.

Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.

Separate applications must be submitted if applying for more than one position.

The required age limit is 18 to 28 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit will be given according to the prevailing policy of the Government of Balochistan.

The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the advertisement for these positions.

No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be given to the candidates.

Note: The upper age limit will be calculated up to the closing date of August 25, 2026. Any changes made to the rules thereafter will be applied accordingly.
