• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age: 18-32 years
  • Qualification: At least a Second Division Secondary School Certificate in Science from a Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, along with a two-year diploma from a medical faculty in the relevant technology. Specific requirements may vary slightly depending on the position.

• Terms and Conditions:

  • Preference will be given to local domiciles of District Kohat.
  • Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, with detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority later.
  • Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates.
  • The ETEA test is for screening and shortlisting purposes.
  • Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria by the application deadline.
  • Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
  • Age relaxation is admissible as per government rules.
  • Government employees should apply through the proper channels.
  • Applicants for multiple posts must apply separately for each.
  • One CT Pharmacy post is reserved for minority seats from District Kohat or adjacent districts.
  • Quotas for disabled persons (2%), minorities (3%), and women (10%) will be implemented.
  • The number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
  • The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
  • Foreign degrees require HEC-equivalent certificates.

  • Applicants must have a District Kohat domicile, but candidates from other districts may be considered if local candidates are unavailable.

• How to Apply:

  1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
  2. After submitting the online application, a UBL deposit slip with a token number, project code, and candidate information will be generated.
  3. Print the UBL deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee at any UBL branch, UBL OMNI agent, or Easy paisa App/agent.
  4. Keep the original deposit slip with the bank's stamp and do not share it.
  5. Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online; copies will be required from qualified candidates later.
  6. The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from April 20, 2025.
  7. The last date for online application submission is May 6, 2025.
  8. Candidates will be informed about the test date, time, and venue via SMS on their provided mobile numbers.
  9. No separate call letter or slip will be issued for the testing through the postal service.

  • Keep your documents and passport-size scanned photograph ready (soft copy) for the online application.
  • Read the instructions thoroughly before filling out the online application form.
  • Information provided in the application will be considered final; if incorrect, the candidature will be rejected.
  • Deposited fees cannot be refunded.
