Master Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution 10-15 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the construction industry Professional license holder as an Architect

Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is desirable

Master in Structure Engineering 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry

Professional Engineering (PE) license holder

Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. SAP 2000, ETABS, STAAD. Pro) and CAD/BIM tools

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and road design tools (e.g. MicroStation, In Roads)

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices

Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
6-8 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the construction industry

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp), Adobe Creative Suit, and other design tools
Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes
LLB/ LL.M. in Corporate Law or a related field (Higher qualification will be preferred)
10-15 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department Extensive knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment
• Licensed to practice law and advise on legal matters in the relevant jurisdiction
8-10 years of experience in legal roles, with a focus on drafting legal documents and vetting
Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminologies • Must be on panel of multiple industry clients
