I. The candidate should possess a Master's degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university, or equivalent professional distinction, with at least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including at least five (05) years in a senior executive or leadership role within academia, public administration, the corporate sector, the non-profit domain, or international development. <br> II. The candidate must demonstrate a strong record of institutional leadership, including capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement. <br> III. Experience in establishing, leading, or transforming large and complex organizations particularly those engaged in education, research, or public service will be considered a distinct advantage.
