- The printout of a duly filled online application form should be sent along with the 03 sets of the application dossier containing HEC attested Terminal Degree/HEC Equivalency Certificate (in case of a foreign degree) along with copies of all academic degrees/certificates (From Matric onwards), an attested copy of CNIC, all experience certificates & recent passport size photograph on the below-mentioned respective campus address in hardbound form. The candidates applying for the Engineering positions must have a valid PEC Registration number.
- Please also attach a Pay Order/Demand Draft amounting to Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) as a processing fee in favor of "COMSATS University Islamabad" along with a printout of the online application form.
- In case of applying for more than one position/campus, a separate application for each position/campus is mandatory along with all required documents mentioned above and a demand draft/pay order.
- Candidates currently serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations should apply through a proper channel.
- Only a printout of the online-filled application form shall be considered.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
- No TA/DA for the interview will be admissible.
- CUI reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all applications.
