Applications are invited from Consultants Architectural Firm for designing & construction supervision work at College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan Regional Centre Quetta. Only such Consultants/Firms having specialized knowledge of Guest House Building, Office Building construction etc. and established offices in Quetta/Karachi need to apply with the following supporting documents which must reach the Secretary, CPSP within Two weeks of publication of advertisement upto dated 06th December, 2024 at 03:00 PM.

1. Name, Permanent Address, Telephone, E-mail and Fax Number.

2. Partnership Deed/Articles of Association in case of Company/Limited Firm with Power of Attorney.

3. List of similar project executed with cost and completion period etc.

4. Satisfactory completion certificates from clients.

5. Ditto with list works in hand.

6. Proof of financial standing duly supported with balance sheets for last 03 years and name of bank where account operated with amount of credit available.

7. Proof of registration with F.B.R along with a certificate of up to date payment of income Tax.

8. Certificate of registration with PEC/PCATP as a consultant/Contractor company.

9. An affidavit that the firm is not or has not been in litigation with their clients or blacklisted with any client. 10. Local firms will be preferred. 11. NTN Number/Registration.
