Terms and Conditions
(1). Every candidate will enter their particulars in the application form downloaded from this court's website and submit the application form manually or by post.
(2). A good character certificate from respectable persons of the area who are not relatives of the candidate shall be attached with the application, on which the signatures, name, father's name, ID card number, permanent address, and mobile number of the verifiers must be mentioned. A sample character certificate is available on this court's website along with the application form.
(3). For serial number 1, the age will be determined as of 01.12.2025, while for vacancy numbers 2 and 3, the age will be counted from the last date of application submission. However, relaxation in the upper age limit will be given according to the prevailing law.
(4). It is mandatory for candidates to attach attested copies of educational documents, domicile, ID card, experience (if any), and character certificate etc., along with two recent photographs with the application. Original documents including ID card etc. must be brought at the time of interview.
(5). Recruitment will be purely on temporary basis.
(6). It is mandatory to attach the employment office registration certificate for the posts of Naib Qasid and Chowkidar.
(7). Applications from underage candidates will not be considered.
(8). Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
(9). Government employees should submit their applications through their department.
(10). Submit separate applications for more than one category.
(11). The competent authority has the power to change and amend the advertisement, increase or decrease the number of vacancies, or change the date of test/interview according to the policy.
(12). No TA/DA will be given for coming for test/interview.
(13). Candidates for the written test should bring paper, pen, cardboard etc. with them.
(14). The date of test and interview will be announced after the last date of application submission through the district judiciary website and notice board.
