How to Apply?
Experience: Overall 30 Years of experience with minimum 10 years of experience in BS - 17 or above in a traffic law enforcement agency as supervisory or managerial roles. (Retired relevant officer will be preferred).
Experience in developing and implementing traffic management strategies, including traffic flow optimization, road safety initiatives, and accident prevention measures. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of traffic police officers.
Sound decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and enforcement procedures.
Familiarity with traffic management best practices, including traffic flow analysis, accident investigation techniques, and traffic control methods
The Contract Shall be for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
Requirements: Must be Balochistan Local/Domicile Holder.
