How to Apply?
Attested coples of all educational qualifications, experience certificates, two latest passport size photographs, residence/domicile, national ID card and two self-addressed postal envelopes must be attached with application. It is mandatory for applicants to mention their mobile number clearly on the application.
2. Applications completed in all respected should reach till 24-08-2024 in the office of Chairman Model Pharmacy.
3. Five (05) years relaxation for Males and Eight (08) years relaxation for females inupper age limit shall be allowed.
4. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab.
5. Only shortlisted Candidates will be called for Interview and informed by ModelPharmacy administration regarding date and venue of Interview. Date of Interview will be informed after due process.
6. The candidates must bring all original documents related to the job, at the time of Interview.
7. Model Pharmacy is non-Government organization and fixed pay will be given.
(This is not a Government job, cannot be converted to government job in future in anycircumstances.
