- Applications for employment on given form along with 2x photo copies of National Identity Card, Domicile, qualification certificates and photograph (passport size) should reach at Central Ordnance Depot Lahore Cantt not later than 29 December 2025.
- Applications with incomplete documents or received after 29 December 2025 will not be entertained.
- Women (10%), Minority (5%) and Disability (2%) Quota as per Govt Policy will also be accorded due consideration.
- Ex-servicemen (Armed Forces only) will be given upper age relaxation as per prescribed rules and regulations.
- List of all eligible candidates will be displayed after 12 January 2026 after short listing. Moreover, intimation message to all eligible candidates will also be forwarded after due date.
- Test/ written exam will be conducted on 20 January 2026. Candidates succeeded in written exam will be called through telephone for interview on finalized dates.
- Candidates are not allowed to bring mobile phones/ electronics gadgets inside the depot premises.
- Original certificates, domicile and national identity card are essentially required during entrance exam /interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid during the test/interview.
