Not more than 35 years. Relaxation in case of experienced and competent hands.

Intermediate and/or diploma in administration or related field. 03 years experience in storekeeping, caretaking, or facility management, with familiarity in maintaining ledgers, inventories and registers. Knowledge of repair coordination (e.g., furniture), ability to maintain cleanliness and utility records and flexibility for after-hours duties during events or guest visits.
