Admissions Cadet College Mastung:
Cadet College Mastung Announces Admissions In 7th Class For The Year 2023. Last Date Is 17/12/2022
Admissions to the college are offered only in Class VII, subject to fulfillment of the general conditions and schedule detailed below:
a. Announcement
Admissions are announced through this website and the leading English & Urdu Newspaper in the month of November/December each year.
b. Entry
Admission is restricted to Class VII only.
c. Eligibility
The citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply against the seats allocated to their respective districts/province.
d. Age
Candidates must not be under 11 and over 13 years of age as on 31st March of the year of admission. Age relexation is not permissible.
e. Qualification
Candidates must have passed at least Class-VI at the time of admission.
f. Entrance Examination
Selections are made through written test, intelligence test, interview and medical examination.
Written test is of the standard of Class-VI for admission to class-VII. Subjects of written tests are of equal weightage.
They are mentioned below:
Class VI :- English, Mathematics, Urdu/Islamiat, General Science
g. Medical Tests & Interview
Those who qualify the written tests are called for interview and medical examination
Selection Procedure Cadet College Mastung:
- Application Form (Supplied with Prospectus), are to be submitted on or before the last date prescribed in the advertisement published in Press. On receipt, the forms are scrutinized and candidates found eligible are issued Roll Numbers by the testing agency.
- Written tests are held on a date which is advertised in the press and is also individually intimated.
- Those who qualify the written test (minimum 40% marks) are called for interview and medical examination.
- Those who qualify all stages are placed on a merit list. Final selection is made as per their relevant/district quota.
- Final Call-up letters for joining are then issued and the selectees are to join by a date indicated in the call letters (Normally second week of March).
- Change of address or telephone numbers, if any, must be intimated to the Testing agency / College immediately. The College admits no liability for delay/no-delivery or loss, of the communication due to postal system/PTCL/Mobile.
Fee Structure of Cadet College Mastung:
Annual dues are Rs. 50,000/- to be payable into equal installments of Rs. 25,000/- from 1st Jan to 30th Jun and 1st Jul to 31st Dec every year, otherwise fine of Rs. 3000/- will be charged on late submission. This fee amount is utilized for:
- Messing Charges.
- Misc Charges (Hostel, Services, Barber and Laundry)
- Tuition Fee.
- Electricity Charges.
- Text Books and Stationary.
- Transport Charges.
- Medical Charges.
- Sports and Hobbies (Games and Clubs).
- Bedding Charges.
- Traveling Charges (from Cadet College Mastung to Quetta and Back if the Cadet travels on College bus only).
- Individual items of games equipment.
