Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all academic, administrative, and co- curricular activities of the college.

Ensure high standards of academic performance and moral grooming of cadets.

Build and maintain a strong faculty team and provide necessary mentorship.
Liaise with relevant educational and governmental authorities. Qualifications & Experience: -
Proven track record in educational management, preferably as a Principal or Senior Administrator.

Preference will be given to retired Army personnel with experience in educational institutions or leadership roles. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Minimum Master's degree in Education or a related field; additional qualifications will be an advantage.
