Rules and Regulations:
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test based on the provided data. However, detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority, and if found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, the candidate will be declared ineligible.
- All candidates need to create a profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile and before applying for any post, candidates must print a facility token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC number from any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they cannot apply for any post.
- Interview call letters will only be issued to shortlisted candidates.
- Candidates' screening will be based on the merit determined and conducted by ETEA.
- Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.
- Applications received after the due date will not be considered. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with incorrect documents/information will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Upper age limit relaxation will be considered as per prevailing government policy, i.e., 40 years as of the last date of the advertisement.
- Candidates working in government organizations/autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with the permission of their respective departments.
- Candidates achieving top positions in the merit list will be given the option to be appointed to vacant posts in the Settlement Office Gilgit or the relevant district.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
- In case of a foreign degree, an equivalency certificate from HEC is mandatory.
