- Interested candidates must submit their applications on plain paper along with complete educational certificates, domicile, attested copies of identity card, and two passport-sized photographs to the office of District Kanungo Swat during office hours within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
- Applications must include complete details of the candidate, address, and mobile number.
- Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will be considered cancelled.
- Candidates meeting the required criteria will be called for a test/interview.
- Candidates above 35 years of age are not eligible to submit applications.
- As per Land Record Manual Volume 4 Chapter (3) Part 2, candidates whose names are considered removed from the Patwari Register include those who have passed away, moved to another city, or have secured government employment elsewhere.
- Only candidates holding a domicile of District Swat are eligible to apply.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test and interview.
- Appointments will be made according to the rules prescribed by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- The competent authority reserves the full right to cancel any test or interview, either wholly or partially, at any time without assigning any reason.
