Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data analysis, HRIS, or related roles.

Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle). Strong command on MS Excel, Power BI etc. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage, analyze, and report HR data to ensure accuracy, support strategic decision-making, and enhance HR processes, while ensuring compliance and data confidentiality
