- Industry standards within the domain of training
- Conduct and oversee various training programs and assessments. Ensure compliance with RDMC Training Standards and legal requirements Aid in the development of training packages and provide trainees with timely feedback. Monitor and report on trainee progress and conduct field observations for performance evaluations. Manage training documentation and provide support for incident investigations Collaborate with the management team and external stakeholders for effective training delivery Engage in professional development activities and contribute to the development of new training materials Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to Training Standards and Procedures.
