Available Positions

Position [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]	Key Qualifications and Experience
1. Financial Management Specialist	• University degree in accounting/finance/economics and professional qualification (CMA, CPA, CA, ACCA, MBA). • Minimum 10 years experience in financial management of MDB/International Organization-funded transport projects. • Proficiency in ADB financial due diligence and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
2. Procurement and Contract Management Specialist	• University degree in law, civil engineering, or business administration. • Minimum 10 years professional experience in procurement, including bid documents and contracts. • Prior experience with ADB procurement processes and policies is required.

General Requirements & How to Apply
