Position
How to Apply?
- Master Degree in Science/English subjects. Candidates having M.Ed/B.Ed/EPM would be preferred.
- 12-15 years teaching/administration experience.
- Minimum 05 years experience as Principal or Head of institute is desirable Job Description:
- Administrative and financial management of the school and all related matters. Academic Management of school, teachers and students along with maintaining liaison with local authorities, concerned education board, district offices, government agencies and media.
- Smooth and efficient running of the institution. Control and supervision of teaching and administrative staff /employees, organizing their duties and performance appraisal of employed staff.
- To ensure discipline and safety of premises, students and staff.
- Syllabus evaluation/update at par to the latest trends and requirement. Other Skills:
- Note:Excellent oral & written communication skills Interpersonal & Public Relations skills
- Well versed with MS-Office & Office based applications Human Resource Management
- Ability to operate and monitor Integrated School/Student Management System (ISMS)
- Candidates having degrees from HEC recognized National/International Universities are eligible to apply
- Pay package commensurate with qualification and experience. TA/DA would not be admissible.
