How to Apply?
Candidates must apply online through BZU website: Jobs.bzu.edu.pk followed by
submission of 01-set of hard copy of online application form (duly signed) along with attested copies of degrees,
result cards, transcripts and certificates. Applications other than online, will not be entertained.
Candidates should fill-in online form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have
been given on BZU website i.e. www.bzu.edu.pk
Applications must be accompanied with Computer Generated Bank Drafl (Non-refundable)
amounting to Rs. 5000/- for each post.
Experience certificate must be issued by the HR Department of the Employers.
Administrative experience on regular/contact basis will only be considered as relevant experience experience
Online Bank Transaction/Bank ank Challan of the respective amounts mentioned above can also be
deposited in the University Branch, Main Campus, HBL A/C# 12717900643601 OR UBL A/C#
085700300018 for the purpose.
A most recent passport size photograph should be affixed on the application form.
Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous
Body must apply through proper channel within due date, otherwise, their application will not be
entertained.
Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, even though posted before the last
date.
Incomplete applications (in any manner) shall not be entertained and the candidate (who will
submit incomplete application ie. without following requirement as mentioned above) will be
considered ineligible for the post.
FOREIGN DEGREES/DIPLOMAS
The university shall accept degrees/certificates/diplomas of those foreign universities
Institutions only which have been recognized or attested by Higher Education Commission (HEC)
of Pakistan and Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) or any other competent
agency/authority as the case may be.
Foreign Degree Holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC or IBCC as the
case may be along with application form
Condition of Masters' (Foreign) mentioned in eligibility criteria means Masters' degree awarded
by the Chartered foreign university for which HEC has granted its equivalence with Pakistan's
MS/MPhil or 18-years of education
EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION
The equivalence of foreign and local academic qualification as laid down by HEC or IBCC or
other regulatory authority shall be accepted only. In case the candidate claims that his/her
qualifications is equivalent to prescribed qualification, the candidate will be required to subenit
equivalence of his/her qualification issued by the regulatory authority before closing date.
Application of candidates whose result is not officially announced by the Controller
Examinations of concerned university on or before
closing date of advertisement, shall not be
considered.

1. Post qualification professional practical/technical experience in the relevant field in
Government/Semin- Government/Autonomous Body/Private organization (registered with SECP)
will only be considered as relevant/equivalent experience. Teaching/research experience will not
be considered.
2. Eligibility/shortlisting of the candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down
by the University.
Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview and No TA/DA will be paid.
The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw advertised post/withhold the appointment against the post without assigning any reason.
