How to Apply?
Terms&Condition;
1. Both Malo/Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab can apply.
2. Appointments shall be made, on contract basis, under "The Contract Appointment Policy,
2004" initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
3. In case of 'O' Level & 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
4. Applicants must present original documents at the time of interview.
5. Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of the Punjab, S&GAD Notification &
Recruitment Policy, 2022.
6. Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
7. Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with "The Contract
Appointment Policy, 2004/ Recruitment Policy, 2022" and instructions issued from time
to time by the Govt. of the Punjab.
8. Persons already in Govt. service should apply through their Departments alongwith NOC.
9. Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill
all the requirements of the rules relating to the post as mentioned above.
10. Submission of fakt documents or concealment of any fact will lend to disqualification of
the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
11. Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications, or cancel the whole
recruitment process at any stage, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level
without assigning any reason.

Candidates should apply through NTS till 06.01.2025 during official time.
13. Candidates shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website
(www.nts.org.pk) with the advise to keep visiting NTS website for updates.
14. The date of written test will be communicated to the eligible/shortlisted candidates only
through NTS.
15. Roll number slips shall be uploaded en NTS website before the written test.
16. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date or clasing of office hours on
the last date for the submission of application will not be entertained.
17. Only shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for
Interview and will be informed accordingly.
18. Candidates shall have to secure at least 50% marks in NTS to pass the test.
However, short-listing for interview will be done as per criteria defined by
the Department.
19. Complete original documents alongwith a set of attested photocopies will be provided by
the shortlisted applications at the time of interview, otherwise he/she would not be
allowed to appear in interview
20. No TA/DA shall be allowed for appearance in any test or interview.
