• QUALIFICATION: Pharm-D, Additional relevant qualification will be preferred. Work
• experience of one year as Clinical Pharmacist/ Hospital Pharmacist and experience in
• managing TB drugs will be preferred.
• JOB DESCRIPTION Assist the MDR Physician in managing and dispensing SLDs, educate the
• patients on drug intake and monitor for aDSM on follow-up visits diseases will be preferred.
• Computer skills particularly working on MS office are desired.
