- Key responsibilities
- Maintain/ update all kinds of cash account
- Maintain the demand / sanction book
- Maintain all cash account books in ink neatly
- Prepare details of min-sheets
- Prepare the pay details for teaching faculty and administrative staff
- Prepare pay and allowances of teaching / non-teaching staff
- Maint record of all payment / receipt vouchers
- Responsible for handling of cash
- Any other duty assigned by Accounts officer, Principal or Admin Officer, whenever required
