• Graduate atleast in 2nd Division from a HEC from recognized University.<br>• Certificate in English Shorthand and Typing from an Institute of Stevta or from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education.<br>• Shorthand Speed 120 W.P.M & Typing Speed 35 W.P.M.<br>• Certificate in M.S Office from a Sindh Board of Technical Education's recognized institute. |
