(A) The candidate should be a practicing Advocate High Court.

B)The candidate must have experience of contesting criminal cases in Trial Courts especially of narcotics cases.

(C) The candidate must be a member of Peshawar Bar Association
(3) The Advocate fulfilling following criteria can apply as Special Prosecutor for Peshawar High Court, Peshawar

(A) The candidate should be a practicing Advocate Supreme Court.

(B) The candidate must have experience of contesting criminal cases in Peshawar High Court, Peshawar, especially of narcotics cases. (C)The candidate must be a member of Pakistan Bar Council and Supreme Court Bar Association

(4) The candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan resident of /settled at Peshawar with no political affiliations and must not involve in any matter of misconduct or criminal case.

He must not have been dismissed from Government service nor declared as an insolvent.

(5) Attractive monthly retainer-ship fee will be offered upto 95,000/-inclusive of taxes and may be increased annually upto 10% depending upon performance of SPP or otherwise.

(6) During the period of contract with Anti Narcotics Force, candidate will not be allowed to appear in any court as defence counsel in narcotics related cases of any Law Enforcement Agency

(7) Interviews will be conducted at Regional Directorate ANF Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar No TA/DA will be admissible for interview

(8) Female Lawyers are encouraged to apply.
