🎓 Qualifications
Master's degree or higher from a recognized university, or equivalent professional distinction (for CEO); Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law graduate, or member of ICAP/ACCA/ICSP/ICSA (for Trust Secretary)
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (1 posts) — Master's degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university, or equivalent professional distinction, with at least 20 years of progressive professional experience including at least 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role within academia, public administration, the corporate sector, the non-profit domain, or international development. Must demonstrate strong record of institutional leadership including strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement.
Trust Secretary (1 posts) — Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution; OR Law graduate; OR Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP, ACCA, etc.); OR Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSA). Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field. Preferable similar trust/company/registered experience. Compliance with fit and proper criteria as provided in Trust deed.
