Education: Minimum MA/MSc from a HEC recognized university; higher qualifications (e.g., M. Ed, MPhil, PhD) are preferred.
Gender: Male/Female
Experience:
15+ years of teaching experience in reputable institutions, including:
7 years as Head of an institution of repute, OR
15 years of teaching and administrative experience with 5 years as Head of an institution of repute.
Demonstrated experience in financial management.
Age: 45 to 60 years.
Salary & Benefits: Pay Package: Negotiable (based on qualifications and experience).
Contract Duration: Initial term: 1 year (extendable upon Board of Governors' recommendation).
