Air University invites applications for the post of Director Planning & Development
Position Summary
- Director Planning & Development is a position responsible for the comprehensive oversight, planning, and execution of the University's capital projects portfolio. This includes the entire life cycle of major civil construction, renovation, and infrastructure development projects from initial concept and feasibility studies through detailed design, procurement, construction, and final handover involving public funds.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- MBA / MSc or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University / Institute or other equivalent degree from a Foreign University of a good repute.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years experience, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing major civil / infrastructure projects, preferably in educational or public sector environments. Proven track record in managing mega projects from inception to completion.
- Knowledge:
- Good understanding of civil engineering principles, construction management, budgeting, and regulatory frameworks in public sector development programs.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum age is 59 years to apply for this post.
