Job Announcement
The Aga Khan Education Service (AKES), Pakistan, an institution of the Aga Khan Development Network, provides education to 156 schools and 61000+ students and 6 hostels.
Admin and EMIS Officer for Regional School Development Unit (RSDU)
The Admin & EMIS Officer RSDU will be responsible for overall in-house administration, procurement, asset management, event coordination, and ensuring compliance with AKES, Pakistan policies and procedures. S/He will manage procurement activities, maintain the fixed assets register, and ensure the safety and proper utilization of assets. The officer will also provide required support and supplies to schools in a timely manner following due process, offer logistical and administrative assistance to the RSDU and school management team, assist the Head of RSDU in record and data management, and facilitate EMIS/MER activities for data collection when required.
The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in finance/commerce/management/economics/ with at least 2 years relevant experience in a reputed organization; however, candidates with higher qualifications/experience will be preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with good written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
